🚀 My Journey with Athena VC Begins! 🌟



Last week, I embarked on an incredible journey with Athena VC(https://www.athena.vc), a self-paced, hands-on learning platform designed for budding entrepreneurs like myself. For a long time, I struggled with finding structure and direction in achieving my goals, but Athena VC's structured and practical approach is helping me gain clarity and focus.



✨ Week 1 Progress Update:

With my background in video generation 📽  and the EdTech SAAS space, I've always been passionate about improving educational resources. I've identified two key ideas:

      - AI-Based Ad Creation App: The challenge of producing high-quality ads efficiently for agencies and companies inspired this idea.



       - AI-Generated EdTech Videos: My new and exciting idea focuses on creating engaging educational content through AI, addressing several industry pain points.



💡 Key Issues Identified:

        - Difficulty for educators to create content easily.

        - Time-consuming content creation process.

        - Lack of high-quality, subject-specific animations (e.g., sine wave animations, regression graph animations).

        - Educators often aren't camera-friendly.



🌎 Market Research

After researching the market, I've discovered that there are very few solutions addressing these issues. With the EdTech market valued at $150 billion in 2024 and projected to reach around $550 billion with a CAGR of 14.2%, my solution could significantly contribute to its growth. Affordable, high-quality EdTech is the future of learning.



After analyzing 10+ companies backed by investors like Sam Altman, Peter Thiel, and Bill Gates (https://vnotebook.in/analyzing-investor-backed-companies), I discovered that the key to a successful company lies in a blend of product, team, and user sentiment. While the ratios may differ by industry, the core elements remain consistent. User sentiment, in particular, was a crucial insight for me.
